Early American Freedom Train Foundation Letterhead

The Foundation letterhead featured a very different train than the one that was fielded.

The cars have a different paint scheme - similar to the Splendid Spirit's paint scheme -- and the locomotive is N&W Class J number 611. The locomotive that was never used to pull the American Freedom Train, but years later it was restored to run in excursion service.
